HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Fim Plus Ltd, a member of the Galaxy Media & Entertainment Group, has launched its Fim+, a video on demand app, the first such service of Viet Nam that has a full copyright and license.

The service boasts a library of over 1,000 carefully curated films in full HD, ranging from Hollywood blockbusters to Asian masterpieces and Viet Nam's latest hits, some of which premiered a few months ago.

The arrival of Fim+ is a game-changer in the Vietnamese film distribution industry, which used to be undermined by piracy and often faced lawsuits from international film studios and associations.

With a monthly subscription price of VND50,000 (US$2,2) and additional VND20,000 to VND50,000 for the latest movies, payment can be made via MoMo mobile wallet, or by scratch cards and bank cards. — VNS
