King Crown Infinity residential and commercial complex was broken ground for construction in HCM City’s Thu Duc District last week.
Invested and developed by subsidiaries of Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) -- Gia Khang Investment and Service Joint Stock Company and BCG Land, the project marks the group’s entry into the luxury commercial real estate segment.
Besides its prime location, the quality and design of the project makes it one of the most outstanding projects in the heart of Thu Duc Creative City.
Le Thi Mai Loan, Vice Chairwoman of BCG Land, in charge of Sale and Marketing talks about the uniqueness of the project and what inspired the company to enter this segment.
BCG Land has so far focused on the resort real estate segment. So, could you tell us the reason why BCG Land has entered the high-end commercial real estate segment with the King Crown Infinity?
BCG Land achieved remarkable success in the resort real estate segment in 2018 and 2019 with outstanding projects such as the Malibu Hoi An (in Quang Nam), King Crown Village (in HCM City) and Casa Marina Premium (in Quy Nhon).
Commercial real estate has been creating waves beneath the surface in the market in recent years. After thoroughly researching and studying the market, BCG Land decided to expand into commercial real estate with the King Crown Infinity project at 218 Vo Van Ngan Street, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc District.
The project will carry the bold imprint of BCG Land, and we are very confident about introducing it in the market.
This is a key project by our company in the high-class residential and commercial real estate segment after our achievements in the resort real estate.
Could you elaborate on the highlights of the design and amenities available at King Crown Infinity?
King Crown Infinity brings together the most famous local and international names in the field of architecture, design, and construction.
The project is designed by The Five & Partners, one of the leading modern architectural design companies in the region with its works featuring a harmonious combination between planning ideas and contemporary architecture, while its façade and lighting design consultancy is undertaken by Sahvia Design & Beyond, one of the world leaders in the field. Furthermore, Artelia Group will be responsible for consulting and monitoring to ensure the quality, safety and progress of our project.
The general contractor is a joint venture between the Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi)- one of our subsidiaries and the Construction Corporation No. 1 Joint Stock Company (CC1), an old and established firm in the fields of infrastructure, civil and industrial construction in Viet Nam.
Situated in a prime location in the future Thu Duc Creative City, a place that has the most modern infrastructure in the city, King Crown Infinity offers incomparably easy and quick access to the Saigon Hi-Tech Park and the city centre through the Hanoi Highway and Metro line No.1.
It is a high-end complex features a combination of a commercial centre, indoor pedestrian streets and apartments in a green eco-system connected by a unique scenery design with a hanging garden, musical fountains and landscaped lakes that cool the atrium, while the vertical ventilation solution brings fresh breezes to the building.
Spreading over more than 12,652 sq.m, King Crown Infinity, following 5-star standard design with smart home technologies in each apartment, will provide a truly modern, convenient, and luxurious living space.
The project is one of the most outstanding in the heart of Thu Duc Creative City with a variety of outstanding facilities offering a classy lifestyle.
What is your assessment of the Vietnamese luxury real estate market? What do you expect from the decision to enter this market segment?
The Government’s success in bringing Covid-19 under control has helped the economy recover quickly. According to international organisations, Vietnam is among a few countries that are anticipated to see positive GDP growth this year.
Even though there are still some difficulties, the real estate market has the opportunity to recover and develop since there is still big demand for residential real estate, industrial property and resort real estate.
Overall, there have been good signs in the high-end real estate market in HCM City and Ha Noi starting in the third quarter of this year, with a lot of projects introduced to the market after a quiet time due to the pandemic.
Most projects are located in new urban areas in the east or south of the city or in outlying districts because lands are scarce in the city’s central area.
With its prime location and outstanding design, and green criteria being a priority, King Crown Infinity is expected to create a difference in the luxury real estate segment in the proposed Thu Duc City.
Why did BCG Land choose Thu Duc as the location for King Crown Infinity?
HCM City is working to transform its eastern 2, 9 and Thu Duc districts into Thu Duc City, “a city within a city” concept, the first of its kind in Viet Nam, heating up the real estate market in these areas recently.
The establishment of the creative and highly interactive urban area in the east will propel the city’s development and that of the Southern Key Economic Region, with the economic spearheads being knowledge-based and innovative industries.
Thu Duc City possesses a comprehensive transport system with a number of keys infrastructure projects finished or being under construction such as the metro line No.1 from Ben Thanh to Suoi Tien, Pham Van Dong Avenue, and the HCM - Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway, offering easy and quick access to neighbouring provinces.
Foreseeing the potential of this area in future, BCG Land is proud to develop the first high-end residential and commercial complex, King Crown Infinity, at the heart of the Thu Duc Creative City.
We hope the project will be a driving force for the luxury real estate segment and bring a new appearance to the new city. — VNS
