HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Viet Nam Prosperity Bank (VPBank) on September 4 introduced a Smart Credit programme that offers capital to small and medium-sized enterprises to promote production and business towards the end of the year.
The programme, which is the first of its kind in the market, would allow small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access loans with their mortgages, and unsecured loans with simple procedures and clear conditions. The programme would accept diversified mortgages, including goods and debt claim rights.
