Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank), the sole mortgage provider for the Kingdom 101 apartment project in HCM City’s District 10, is offering buyers loans at low interest rates.
It charges interest of 6.5 per cent for the first two years, and provides 75 per cent of the apartment cost.
The loans have a tenor of up to 20 years.
Kingdom 101, located on To Hien Thanh Street and which saw construction start last October, will have three blocks with a total of 986 apartments measuring 47-102sq.m in size.— VNS
