HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Viet Capital Bank is offering preferential loans for buying houses in the Mega Village project in HCM City's District 9.
The loans include some at zero per cent interest for up to 36 months depending on the tenor. Customers can borrow up to 75 per cent of the value of a house.
The loan programme has been jointly launched by the bank and the project developer, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company.
Mega Village consists of 323 townhouses with garden that cost around VND2.45 billion (US$109,131) each. — VNS
