LONG AN (Biz Hub) ― TrustBank yesterday received State Bank approval to change its name to Viet Nam Construction Bank.
The bank is headquartered in Long An Province's Tan An City in the Mekong Delta with a charter capital of VND3 trillion (US$142.85 million).
At the end of March, it had five entity shareholders, including Agribank and Long An Food Company, and nearly 540 individual shareholders. ― VNS
