HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Ocean Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OceanBank) appointed independent member Dao Thi Thuy from the bank's board of directors as its new chairwoman of the board.
Thuy, who holds a bachelor degree in financial institutions, has served as an independent member of the board since last April. Thuy replaces Nguyen Minh Thu, who resigned after being named chairwoman of the board of directors last October. Thuy will remain as a member of the board of directors.
Oceanbank also selected Vu Nhat Lam as its new managing deputy general director, in place of Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, who resigned.
Oceanbank has operated for 21 years, with a charter capital of VND5,350 billion, or US$248.8 million. — VNS
