HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Lien Viet Post Bank on May 21 received the technology and innovation outstanding online self service award from one of the United States' largest banks, Wells Fargo.
The award was conferred for the bank's advance in providing global payment services.
Last year, Lien Viet earned more than US$881 million in global payment revenues, an increase of 75 per cent over the previous year. Some 60 per cent of the amount was the import turnover, and the remainder was the export value.
The bank handles payments in markets as the United States, the European Union and Japan, as well as Singapore, South Korea, mainland China and Taiwan. — VNS
