HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Japan's bank Hiroshima Shinkin to support Japanese businesses operating in Viet Nam.
The local bank will be the first partner in Viet Nam and is expected to provide banking products and services to small- and medium-sized enterprises that are customers of the Japanese bank.
They will include payment accounts, credit, wage payments, consultancy on the trade and investment environment in Viet Nam, taxation, and recruitment. The foreign bank plans to organise a business mission to visit Viet Nam in the coming March to explore investment opportunities. VNS
